Post & Packaging Charges:

Minimum order: € 250,00

European prices only. All postage charges are based on weight and dimensions of the order.

Ordering:
All orders must be faxed (Fax. 39-2-908.41.682)  or emailed to info@charmes.it. Orders will be processed within 5 working days from receipt. Any additions or amendments to your order MUST be received within 24 hours of the original being processed - or it will be treated as a new order.

Payments:
We can accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards issued from respectable banks.
We can accept direct bank transfers - please contact us for our banking coordinates and details.  

Returns:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please advise info@charmes.it. within 24 hours of order receipt. Please note: We can only process refunds or replacements if you have emailed Charmes within 24 hours of receiving your order, and goods are in a re-saleable condition. All freight and transport costs for the returning goods will be paid for by the customer.

Order Cancellation:

As a wholesale supplier we supply only legitimate retail outlets and businesses in the arts and crafts field. This includes internet based businesses which advertise and have fully functioning shopping baskets on their website. We do supply to home based businesses if located in a remote geographic region where it is not commercially viable to set up a conventional retail outlet, or in a region where there are few retail outlets dealing with our products. During the registration process we will seek confirmation that our customers fall into one of these categories.
